Description

The BA (Hons) in Communtiy Education and Development aims to further develop students' knowledge, skills and self-efficacy as reflective practitioners in community education and development work practice. Those interested should hold a level 7 quailfication in Community Education and Development or equivalent and have experience of working or volunteering within the community and education sector. The programme comprises of the following mandatory modules: Advanced Community Workplace Practice (10 credits) Community Development and Policy (10 credits) Community Education in Context (10 credits) Irish Society and Social Chane (10 credits) Social Research Methods for Practitioners (10 credits) Dissertation (10 credits)
