Construction management is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a development from inception to completion. Construction management is aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project in the engineering and architectural environment. Construction management involves the planning, design, production, adaptation, maintenance, restoration, conservation, financial and engineering management, evaluation and recycling of the built environment.
