Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Culinary Arts Management
The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Culinary Arts Management programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education that combines culinary skills with business management principles. The programme reflects developments in both national and international Culinary Arts education. This programme aims to prepare individuals for leadership roles in the culinary industry, as the programme will have developed an in-depth theoretical knowledge base, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving and personal skills in its participants which will enable them to seamlessly integrate their culinary expertise with managerial and administrative responsibilities.
